YG Entertainment’s top girl groups are gearing up for a big year. 2NE1 will hold an encore concert, BLACKPINK will make a full-group comeback, and BABYMONSTER is set to launch their first world tour.
2NE1 will hold their 'Welcome Back' Encore Concert on April 12–13 at the KSPO Dome in Seoul. After their October concert last year, the group decided to expand the encore concert due to high demand, tripling the audience size. Celebrating their 15th debut anniversary, 2NE1 is set to deliver powerful performances as a full group for the first time in over 10 years.
BLACKPINK will return as a full group this year, marking their first comeback in three years since ‘Born Pink’ in 2022. While each member has been active with solo projects—Rosé led the 'APT.' trend, Jennie and Lisa released solo tracks, and Jisoo built her acting career. The group is now ready to reunite for a comeback and world tour, creating excitement in the music industry.
The youngest group, BABYMONSTER, will kick off their first world tour ‘Hello Monsters’ on January 25–26 at the KSPO Dome in Seoul. Known for their strong live performances, BABYMONSTER has captured attention with their stage presence. Their performance of ‘Drip’ at the '2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon' gained over 5 million views, and the track is climbing Korean charts like 'Melon Hot100'.
Fans are eagerly anticipating what YG's leading girl groups will bring in 2025.
