On January 12, SM Entertainment continued its 30th-anniversary celebrations with the second day of the spectacular 'SMTOWN LIVE 2025' concert at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul. The event brought together legendary first-generation idols from SM Entertainment, sparking waves of nostalgia among fans.
One photo featured Tony An, who debuted 30 years ago in 1995 with H.O.T, alongside Bada and Eugene, both of whom debuted 28 years ago in 1997 with S.E.S. The trio posed for a photo together, rekindling fond memories of their iconic early careers in K-pop.
Fans couldn’t help but marvel at how youthful the idols still look. Tony An, in particular, drew attention as netizens expressed surprise over his age, with many commenting that the 48-year-old still looks like he's in his thirties.
Tony An also made a special appearance on stage with fellow H.O.T member Kangta during NCT Dream’s performance of "Candy," a modern rendition of H.O.T’s classic hit. This unexpected collaboration delighted fans, leading some to joke, “My mom’s bias and my bias performed on the same stage!”
Bada also joined aespa's Winter and Karina for a performance of S.E.S's classic "Dreams Come True."
The nostalgic moments served as a testament to the lasting legacy of SM Entertainment’s first-generation idols.
