Big Planet Made has officially denied reports that some members of the girl group fromis_9 are transferring to the agency.
The company stated, "The reports claiming that five members of fromis_9 are transferring to our company are groundless."
Fromis_9, originally a nine-member group, debuted in 2018 through Mnet's Idol School. After Jang Gyu Ri left to pursue an acting career, the group has been active as an eight-member team. Their exclusive contract with Pledis Entertainment ended in December 2024.
Previously, a media outlet reported that five members of fromis_9 had decided to join Big Planet Made, while the remaining three were considering contracts with other agencies. However, Big Planet Made has clearly denied these rumors.
