CIX unveils teaser for new title track ‘Thunder’.

CIX has given fans a glimpse of their highly anticipated seventh EP album ‘THUNDER FEVER’, set for release on January 23rd. On January 14th and 15th, the group released lyric video teasers for three songs, including the title track ‘THUNDER’, via their official social media and YouTube channels.

The title track ‘THUNDER’ uses thunder and lightning as metaphors for a love that electrifies the mind, paired with an addictive beat. The lyrics, “With one fleeting glance, I’m overtaken. In an instant, a hurricane roars within me. The premonition flashes through my mind, fierce emotions surge within me, and you engulf me like a torrential downpour. When I feel the Thunder,” convey an intense and emotionally charged experience.

The album also features:

• ‘Bad Moves’, portraying the psychological turmoil of being drawn to love despite knowing its destructive consequences.

• ‘My Everlasting Sun’, a promise to shine as each other’s light forever.

Moreover, the EP includes reimagined 4-member versions of ‘Lovers or Enemies’ and ‘My Name Is Shadow’ from their previous single album, making it a well-rounded showcase of their signature sound.

With ‘THUNDER FEVER’, CIX connects the themes of thunder and fever to explore intense emotional upheavals. This marks their first comeback in a year and their first as a complete 4-member lineup. Having refined their synergy through concerts and solo activities, CIX is set to amplify their global presence with this release.

The album will be available on major music streaming platforms starting at 6 PM on January 23rd.
