On the latest episode of the SBS variety show ‘My Little Old Boy’, actress Uhm Ji Won was asked about her health and beauty secrets.
Uhm Ji Won shared a simple beauty tip of wearing rubber bands around the ears, stating that she does this in the morning before putting on makeup. She explains that she found it helped to reduce face bloating, as it supposedly helps with lymphatic circulation.
When asked about her defined 11-line abs, Uhm Ji Won reveals that there is nothing to it other than maintaining consistency in diet and exercise, attesting to her self-discipline.
