Rapper Heena has made waves with the release of a diss track that exposes several Korean hip-hop rappers.
On December 5, Heena uploaded the official music video for her track, "watermelon tits," including the explicit lyrics in the video description. In the track, she accuses several rappers of inappropriate behavior, with Laptopboyboy being singled out for allegedly sending her suggestive DMs, comparing her chest to a "watermelon," and for having a sexual relationship with a minor fan that reportedly led to her death.
[Trigger Warning: Sexual Abuse & Suicide]
The lyrics state:
"Laptopboyboy sends me DMs late at night, saying my chest is like a watermelon
They say a minor fan slept with someone out of shame and took their own life."
Heena doesn't stop there, naming more rappers and detailing further allegations:
"Keith Ape called me out, but the address was some motel in Hongdae
Pay for Satsuki’s abortion fees—like I’d sleep with you
I went to Atrai at 2 a.m., like a golden ball
This guy DMs everyone—Rosie Bobby, Bekoe Elle, Queen Wasabi, Ash-B—all asking to sleep with them
Does he have a fetish for female rappers, like Drake?"
While not every diss specifies a target, Heena continues to call out the industry with sharp criticism:
"WikiYoung, who never went to jail
My tongue spits out like a ticking bomb
At least I don’t lie like VEKOEL, saying I was raped out of regret
Why don't you raise weeds in your kitchen like Digital Dav
Seducing Yuzion sexually and then f****** to get a featuring."
She also mentions others:
"It’s the same with Dbo and Slayon
I’m so ashamed, these guys extort foreigners."
Netizens have pointed out that other rappers referenced in the track include Rosy Barbie, Chaboom, Ted Park, Ak2daface, Fleeky Bang, and more.
Moreover, Heena took to social media to provide additional context, claiming she herself had been a victim of sexual misconduct by some of the rappers she dissed.
The diss track has left the hip-hop community and fans reeling. Many netizens expressed shock at the allegations against Laptopboyboy, as well as Heena's fearless approach in addressing systemic issues within the Korean hip-hop industry.
Reactions include:
"Am I the only one concerned about the part saying a minor fan committed sui***de cause of laptopboyboy graping them? Like??? Yall more upset over her wearing gang colors, and her flow. I think the flow is not the point of the song is the message"
"everyone mad yet she’s right LOLL"
"diva!!! speak your truth!!!"
"Diva…. tell us more…."
"If this is true, there are more than a few rappers who should retire."
"Keith Ape, Sokodomo, GOLDBUUDA, Don Malik... hearing their names is more shocking than Hina being bad at rapping, haha."
"The lyrics are seriously all pure gold. There's nothing to skip over."
"The rap is bad, but the lyrics are legendary. What even is this Swerv kid?"
"Everyone seems to be doing well, haha. This feels like a 'Where Are They Now' Olympics, but the rap lyrics are just mind-blowing."
"What’s the story with Yuzion? Is this actually true?"
"Wikiyoung is basically retired now, so thanks for mentioning him."
"Honestly, I think it's kind of okay, haha. More than anything, it’s cool that instead of ranting on Instagram, they actually did it through rap because they’re a rapper."
"There are so many rappers I’ve listened to since I was young, and this is genuinely shocking. I was wondering what they’ve been up to since I hadn’t heard about them recently."
