Actor Ong Seong Wu is set to appear as a weathercaster on the December 24 broadcast of JTBC’s 'Newsroom'. This appearance is part of the promotional activities for the animated film 'Niko: Adventure in the Sky Squad', where Ong Seung Wu lent his voice to the main character, Niko, in the Korean dub.
Ong Seung Wu shares a deep connection with JTBC, having officially debuted as an actor through the drama 'Moments of 18'. He also starred in the JTBC series 'More Than Friends' and 'Strong Girl Namsoon'. After completing his military service in October, Ong Seung Wu is signaling a full return to the entertainment industry with projects like animation dubbing and his fresh role as a weathercaster.
The film 'Niko: Adventure in the Sky Squad' follows the journey of a young reindeer, Niko, who dreams of joining Santa’s flying team. Together with Stella, he embarks on an adventure to recover a missing sleigh before Christmas. The movie will be released on December 25.
