Nam Joo Hyuk, Noh Yoon Seo, and Jo Seung Woo have teamed up for a new Netflix original horror mystery series, 'East Palace' (title subject to change).
On December 12 KST, Netflix Korea unveiled behind the scenes photos from the cast's first script reading, raising anticipation for another hit show.
'East Palace' tells the story of an evil curse that has overtaken the royal palace. In the story, Nam Joo Hyuk plays the role of Goo Chun, a man with the ability to slay ghostly spirits with his sword. He's summoned by the King of Joseon to investigate a dark mystery lurking in the palace.
Partnering up with Nam Joo Hyuk is Noh Yoon Seo in the role of Saeng Kang, a palace maid with the ability to hear the sounds of ghosts. Meanwhile, the King of Joseon, played by Jo Seung Woo, hides a dark secret himself, adding to the mystery.
Look forward to 'East Palace', coming to Netflix in 2025.
