On November 24th (local time), U.S. music publication Billboard announced that ATEEZ’s 11th mini-album, ‘Golden Hour: Part.2’, released on November 15th, has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, the main U.S. album chart.

The Billboard 200 ranks albums based on a combination of physical album sales, SEA (streaming equivalent albums), and TEA (track equivalent albums). ATEEZ’s album achieved a total of 184,000 units, including 179,000 in physical sales and 5,000 from SEA. This marks the group’s highest first-week album sales in the U.S. to date.

This achievement follows ATEEZ's first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 last December with their second full album, ‘The World EP.FIN: Will.’ Now, with ‘Golden Hour: Part.2,’ they have earned their second chart-topping album within a year, a remarkable milestone.

Additionally, ATEEZ has demonstrated their strong chart presence by placing five albums in the Billboard 200 Top 3, including the previous mini-album, ‘Golden Hour: Part.1,’ which peaked at No. 2. The group also holds the distinction of releasing four albums that surpassed 100,000 units in first-week sales in the U.S., including ‘The World EP.2: Outlaw,’ ‘The World EP.FIN: Will,’ ‘Golden Hour: Part.1,’ and now ‘Golden Hour: Part.2.’

Internationally, ATEEZ has continued to make history. They secured fourth place on the UK's Official Albums Chart, becoming the first K-pop group to enter the Top 5 three times in a single year and the Top 10 four consecutive times. They also ranked second on the Official Physical Albums Chart, Official Albums Sales Chart, and Official Scottish Albums Chart, dominating a total of eight sub-charts.

The album’s title track, ‘Ice On My Teeth,’ reached No. 8 on the Official Singles Downloads Chart and No. 12 on the Official Singles Sales Chart, setting new personal records for the group.

ATEEZ’s success extends to Europe, with the album ranking fifth on the French SNEP Top Albums chart and sixth on Germany’s Official Top 100 Albums chart, further cementing their global impact.

Meanwhile, ATEEZ is scheduled to perform at the 16th Melon Music Awards (MMA 2024) on November 30th.
