Former LABOUM member Yulhee revealed that her ex-husband F.T. Island's Minhwan had frequented adult establishments before their divorce.

On October 24, Yulhee shared her thoughts on the divorce through her YouTube channel 'Yulhee's House.'

Regarding her latest appearance on TV Chosun's 'Now, I'm Alone,' on October 22, Yulhee shared, "I watched it with fear and nervousness. It felt like I was evaluating myself. I felt I wouldn't objectively evaluate myself if I cried. I thought, 'Why are so many people saying such harsh things to me?' So, I wanted to view it myself from an outside perspective.  There were times I was sad and depressed. There were times I thought, 'Should I share my side of the story with all honesty?' I chose divorce partly for myself and partly for my children."

She continued, "We didn't go through a lawsuit and agreed on the divorce. We talked it out. We reached a mutual agreement without bringing up issues of who's at fault. There are times when I feel unjustly blamed and wonder if I really deserve the criticism."

Yulhee also expressed frustration over the criticism about sending her children to an expensive kindergarten far from home that costs 8 million KRW (approximately 6,000 USD) per month. She shared, "The English kindergarten was something we agreed upon, and it wasn’t that far away. No one would send their child to a school that’s an hour and a half away. It was tiring for me too. I'm a firm believer that mothers need to be at ease for their children to be happy. The issue got distorted. Both my ex-husband and I agreed on the education costs and we both felt we could handle it."

While there were some conflicts regarding the commute time, she clarified that it was not a reason for their divorce.

In particular, Yulhee's claim that Minhwan frequented hostess bars drew much attention. She said, "About a year before the divorce, there was a major incident, and after that, our marriage completely changed. I could endure the difficulties of parenting and arguments, and I even enjoyed living with a large family, but after that incident, I couldn’t bear to stay in that house anymore. Facing the family became unbearable."

She continued, "There was an incident where he (Minhwan) touched my body in front of his family and put cash into my chest. This was before I learned about his hostess bar visits. While having a drink with the family, there was cash lying around. My mother-in-law was washing dishes, and my ex-husband folded the cash and tucked it into the collar of my pajama top, near my chest. I had no idea about hostess bars, but after learning about them, I realized he picked it up as a habit."

She further explained and demonstrated how Minhwan folded the cash and placed it in her chest.

Yulhee added, "The pieces started to come together. Even in front of my father-in-law and mother-in-law, he would touch my private parts and grab my chest. I thought it was just affectionate behavior exaggerated by alcohol."

Minhwan and Yulhee married in 2018 and have a son and twin daughters. However, they divorced in December of last year, and Minhwan retained custody of the children.
