Vice president Kim Yeon Soo appointed as the new CEO of Pledis Entertainment

On November 1 KST, Pledis Entertainment announced that Kim Yeon Soo has been newly appointed as the label's CEO.

Kim Yeon Soo, formerly vice president of Pledis Entertainment, was previously appointed as CEO of HYBE Japan in 2023. With his new appointment as CEO of Pledis Entertainment, he'll serve dual-CEO roles beginning in 2024. Having joined Pledis Entertainment in 2012, Kim Yeon Soo is also known as one of the figures who played a key role in Seventeen's debut and successful launch in Japan.

Meanwhile, Pledis Entertainment is a subsidiary of HYBE Corporation and home to artists including Seventeen, Baekho, Hwang Min Hyun, Bumzoo, fromis_9, and TWS
