Kim Min Ha unveils her new voice with digital single ‘Letter’.

On October 9th at noon KST, actress Kim Min Ha will release her digital single ‘Letter’ across various music platforms.

‘Letter’ is part of the ‘MOLD’ project, which reinterprets hidden gems through the voices of new artists. The song is a remake of Milena’s original track ‘Letter’, and in celebration of Hangeul Day on October 9th, the title has been changed to ‘레터’ (the Korean phonetic equivalent), adding a new layer of meaning.

Kim Min Ha captured global attention as Sunja in Apple TV’s ‘Pachinko’ in 2022, earning her recognition as a rising star. Alongside her acting career, she has continued to express her passion for music. She previously showcased her vocal talents on SBS Power FM’s ‘Park Ha Sun’s Cine Town’, performing ‘Part of Your World’ from ‘The Little Mermaid’ OST and released a duet album ‘Fallin’’ with NCT’s Doyoung. Now, with ‘Letter,’ she presents her first solo single, highlighting her unique voice.

While Milena’s original version of ‘Letter’ carries a warm and dreamy atmosphere, Kim Min Ha’s interpretation brings a calm and soothing tone, creating a quiet resonance. The new version maintains the emotional depth of the original while showcasing a different charm, thanks to the arrangement by skilled producer Hen.

A collaboration with the brand ‘Gulwol,’ which specializes in letter-themed products and services, further enhances the song’s theme. A pop-up event at Gulwol’s Yeonhui location will allow visitors to listen to ‘Letter’ and write response letters, and a special collaboration product featuring Kim Min Ha’s handwriting—titled ‘Min Ha Letter’—will be available for purchase. This unique approach offers fans a way to enjoy the music while preserving the song’s emotional impact.
