John Park to release second full album ‘PSST!’ on October 30.
On October 30 at 6 p.m. KST, John Park will release his second full-length album, PSST!, according to his agency Music Farm. This marks his first full album release in 11 years since 'Inner Child' in 2013.
The title PSST! refers to the subtle sound made when whispering something difficult to say aloud. Through this album, Park captures the moments when deeply hidden thoughts, secrets, and emotions come to light.
Park shared, “I created this album with the hope of sharing hidden thoughts and emotions, and inviting listeners to tune in to stories they haven’t heard before.”
The album includes 11 tracks, featuring the title track "Like a Dream" along with songs like "Same Mind, Different Time" and "Silverline". Pre-released singles "Bluff", "Vista", and "Nightcrawler" are also included.
The title track, an R&B soul piece, is marked by diverse instrumentation and a vintage sound, designed with a dreamlike concert setting in mind, where fans sing along. The lyrics were penned by fellow musician Kwak Jin Eon.
John Park has garnered love with hit songs such as "Thought of You", "Falling", and "Childish", showcasing his deep voice and rhythmic sense. Recently, he has also charmed fans with his down-to-earth persona on his YouTube channel, "John or Park".
