Actor Shim Hyung Tak took to social media to pay tribute to Oyama Nobuyo, the Japanese voice of the anime character Doraemon, who has recently passed.

With a video of a Doraemon toy containing the voice actress’ voice and a photo of the voice actress, Shim Hyung Tak expresses, “Oyama Nobuyo, the voice actress who brought Doraemon to life, has passed… Please have a blessed time with Doraemon in heaven… These days, I feel sad because it feels like an era is coming to an end… Everyone, please stay healthy…!!”

Shim Hyung Tak became well-known for his love of Doraemon, after he proudly professed his love for Doraemon through his extensive collection in many variety shows.
