The 'Shiny Foundation', founded and run by the family members of the late SHINee member Jonghyun, has launched a psychological counseling service for young professionals in the culture and arts. 

The 'Youth Meet UP' initiative invites young professionals working in the culture and the arts who are unaffiliated with agencies or companies opportunities to meet up with others in similar situations and open up about their struggles in a safe environment. All gatherings will be hosted by a professional counselor, but participants will be encouraged to open up to and encourage one another. 

Young professionals working in careers such as music, dance, acting, performing arts, media, literature, etc between the ages of 20~39 can apply for monthly 'Youth Meet UP' sessions.

Many netizens were filled with warmth at the continued work of the 'Shiny Foundation', sending their encouragements.
