Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin recently shared that she has a long-term vision for NewJeans.

In a recent interview with Japanese media outlet WOWOW, Min Hee Jin explained that she has mapped out a comprehensive 7-year blueprint for NewJeans, with each year bringing new milestones and surprises for fans.

She explained, "I have a blueprint that I’ve drawn, one that extends far into the future, outlining the next seven years for NewJeans. Each year, I’ve felt like I was knocking down milestones to get closer to that plan. For me, it’s a rainbow-colored future, and my hope now is that everything can come together safely, allowing us to reach that point in the best way possible."

Min Hee Jin expressed that she hopes to accomplish the plans she has set and has been talking with the NewJeans members. She explained, "People live on hope, and I’ve had many conversations with the NewJeans members about these plans. My personal wish is that the things we’ve discussed together—our shared dreams and ambitions—won’t just become empty promises that lead to disappointment for the members."
