G-Dragon is making his first talk show appearance in 12 years on 'You Quiz on the Block'.
According to reports on September 12, G-Dragon confirmed his appearance on the tvN variety talk show 'You Quiz on the Block' and is currently adjusting his schedule. The rapper and singer-songwriter is expected to open up about his recent activities, long hiatus, and his connections with the BIGBANG members.
Though G-Dragon has participated in brief media interviews, this will mark his first appearance on a long-form talk show since February of 2012 when he appeared on 'Healing Camp'. He's known to have a connection with 'You Quiz on the Block' host Yoo Jae Suk as the most frequent guest on 'Infinity Challenge's music festival specials. It's believed his choice to appear on 'You Quiz' for his expected comeback was influenced by his friendship with Yoo Jae Suk.
In related news, G-Dragon is set to make his long-awaited solo comeback in October after approximately 7 years. His last release was the album 'Kwon Ji Yong' in June of 2017. Additionally, he's received the trademark rights for his stage names "G-Dragon" and "GD" from his former label YG Entertainment.
