Actor Ahn Se Ha has been accused of school violence, with his agency quickly addressing the allegations.
On September 9th KST, a post titled “Celebrity School Violence: Actor An Se-ha (Real Name: An Jae Wook) Exposed for School Violence” surfaced on an online community.
The author, who claimed to have attended the same middle school as Ahn Se Ha, alleged that Ahn Se Ha was much larger than his peers and was known as a school bully. The writer detailed several incidents where Ahn Se Ha allegedly verbally abused him in the hallways and forced him into violent situations. According to the post, Ahn Se Ha and a group of bullies once took him to a secluded area, threatened him with a broken glass shard, and forced him into a fight he did not want.
The writer described how the bullying continued throughout middle school, with Ahn Se Ha allegedly tormenting him every time they crossed paths. The post included a graduation photo of Ahn Se Ha as evidence, and the writer expressed lingering trauma from the incidents, saying they could never forget the threats and humiliation they endured.
However, Ahn Se Ha’s agency, Hunus Entertainment, firmly denied the allegations, stating, “The claims of school violence against Ahn Se Ha are groundless. We will be taking legal action for defamation and will respond strongly to the spreading of false information.”
Ahn Se Ha debuted in 2011 with the play "New Boeing Boeing" and has appeared in numerous dramas, often playing supporting roles.
