Actor Yoon Kye Sang shares his experience reuniting with Park Ji Hwan in 'In the Woods Where No One Exists'
On August 21 KST, a production presentation for the Netflix series 'In the Woods Where No One Exists' was held at the Josun Palace Seoul Gangnam in Seoul's Gangnam district. The event was attended by director Mo Wan Il and actors Kim Yoon Seok, Yoon Kye Sang, Go Min Si, and Lee Jung Eun.
'In the Woods Where No One Exists' is a suspense thriller that tells the story of people whose peaceful lives are disrupted by a mysterious visitor, leading to a series of uncontrollable events.
Yoon Kye Sang takes on the role of Sang Joon, the owner of a motel overlooking a lake and the head of a family who finds himself on the brink of losing everything after encountering a certain guest.
Ryu Hyun Kyung plays the role of his wife, Eun Kyung, while Park Ji Hwan plays his close friend, Jong Doo. Speaking about his experience working with Ryu Hyun Kyung, Yoon Kye Sang said, "Hyun Kyung is an amazing actress. I feel like I gained a lot from working with her, and I'm really grateful."
Yoon Kye Sang previously worked with Park Ji Hwan in the film 'The Outlaws' (2017), where Yoon played the character Jang Chen and Park played Jang I Soo. Reflecting on reuniting with Park Ji Hwan in the role of his close friend, Yoon expressed his satisfaction, saying, "Ji Hwan plays my friend, and because we're so close, our chemistry naturally comes through in the acting."
Actor Hong Ki Joon, who plays Ji Hyang Chul, also appeared in The Outlaws. Yoon Kye Sang added, "Hong Ki Joon is also a good friend of mine. I'm very thankful that we could work together and deliver great performances."
In the Woods Where No One Exists, consisting of a total of eight episodes, will be released on Netflix on the 23rd.
