Macoll Consulting Group, spokesperson for all communication matters involving ADOR and CEO Min Hee Jin, has responded to the latest lawsuit filed by former employee 'B'.
On August 23 KST, it was reported that former ADOR employee 'B' would be filing civil and criminal lawsuits against Min Hee Jin for manipulating the results of a workplace sexual harassment case, as well as for publicizing information about 'B' without consent. Additionally, 'B' revealed her intentions to report ADOR vice president 'A' to the Ministry of Employment and Labor for his behavior in the workplace.
In response to the latest actions by 'B', Macoll Consulting Group stated on August 24 KST, "What 'B' claims is different from the truth."
According to Macoll, "Contrary to 'B's claims, 'A' never lied about 'B's evaluation score." The consulting group added on, "The sexual harassment case in question was already concluded in March. As a result, 'A' received a strong warning, and even apologized to 'B' in person. We would like to ask why now, after all this time, 'B' has decided to once again problematize a case that has already concluded. We question her true motives."
When contacted for a statement in the ongoing issue, HYBE Labels commented, "It seems that the board of directors may decide to launch a re-investigation of this case by enlisting the help of an external investigation committee."
