As previously reported, SUGA was found by police after falling over on an electric scooter in the Hannam-dong area of Seoul. 

After police discerned the star was drinking and driving, he was brought to a police station, where he was tested to have an alcohol blood level of 0.227%. The percentage is reportedly the highest tested in a celebrity DUI incident. Police have stated he will face a criminal investigation for operating an electric scooter drunk, which is considered the same as operating a car under South Korean law. SUGA and BIGHIT MUSIC have since released formal apologies.

On August 23, Yonhap News released new CCTV footage of Suga driving his electric scooter.
