On August 6, Jin Hua posted, "Hello. This is Jin Hua. Ham So Won hit me," along with a photo showing his face bleeding. 

Jin Hua's photo revealed blood around his lower eye and nose, showcasing the aftermath of an alleged violent argument between the couple.

Ham So Won is married to Jin Hua, who is 18 years her junior, and they have a daughter together. The couple has shared their daily lives on TV Chosun's 'Taste of Wife,' but in April 2021, the show was embroiled in a controversy over staged scenes.

The producers of 'Taste of Wife' later admitted, "We have belatedly realized that some episodes were exaggerated," acknowledging the fabrications, leading to Ham So Won's departure from the program.

Ham So Won continued to face various controversies and announced a hiatus last year, moving to Vietnam. Despite her relocation, she caused further uproar by discussing her divorce from Jin Hua on her YouTube channel, only to retract her statements later and showcase a harmonious family life, which drew criticism.
