On the latest episode of Jung Jae Hyung’s Youtube show ‘Fairy Jung Jae Hyung’, national actress Jeon Do Yeon reminisces about being surprised at the airport upon return from Cannes Film Festival 2007.

At Cannes 2007, Jeon Do Yeon earns herself the Best Actress award with ‘Secret Sunshine’, a film directed by Lee Chang Dong and co-starring with fellow national actor Song Kang Ho.

Jeon Do Yeon recalls that she was not entirely prepared for the fanfare, wearing a red checkered shirt and a huge backpack. Before the cast alighted from the plane, Director Lee asked her if she was not going to put on makeup beforehand.

When the award-winning actress arrived at the airport, she was welcomed by a huge crowd of reporters. Bare-faced, she smiles widely at the cameras, and her beauty proves to be way more intense than the camera flashes could ever be. Hence marks the moment when her bare-faced and simple attire were captured and immortalized on the internet.

Furthermore, Jeon Do Yeon has a laugh with Jung Jae Hyung as she remembers her mother springing out of nowhere at the airport, surprising her more than the barrage of reporters.
