The latest controversy involving ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin that has taken center stage is her alleged interaction with a shaman.
HYBE recently accused Min Hee Jin of leaking sensitive company information to a shaman, seeking the shaman's counsel for crucial management decisions. According to HYBE, Min Hee Jin used the shaman’s advice to strategize her management decisions at ADOR, including stock purchases and personnel appointments.
Min Hee Jin has responded to the allegations stating that her relationship with the shaman is a personal friendship and she had only spoken with the shaman out of pure curiosity, personal advice, and emotional support she faced while operating the company.
However, HYBE argued that Min Hee Jin's relationship with the shaman went beyond one that is personal and constituted a serious breach of corporate ethics.
HYBE also revealed the Kakaotalk messenger conversation she had with the shaman regarding the selection of members.

Min Hee Jin - Disqualification confirmed.
Shaman - Confirmed.
With the latest controversy, some Korean netizens have turned against Min Hee Jin, accusing her of gaslighting the trainees to win them over to her side.
Korean netizens commented:
"Honestly, it’s obvious that Min Hee Jin, feeling she might be in trouble again, gaslighted the members to get them on her side. It's just pathetic. She should stop manipulating the young members and handle her own issues. It's disgraceful how she tries to drag them into her problems until the end."
"Why is Min Hee Jin acting like this? Why does she keep dragging the members into this? Even the Bunnies (fans) are criticizing Min Hee Jin right now, but she’s still holding onto the members until the end, refusing to come to her senses."
"I was worried that Min Hee Jin might mention NewJeans again in her statement, and sure enough, she did. She should just let go of NewJeans now, please."
"Min Hee Jin is obsessively clinging to NewJeans. With the situation as bad as it is, she should take the hint and separate herself from NewJeans and the members. Yet she keeps forcing mentions of NewJeans into her statements. Doesn't she feel any remorse towards the members?"
"I hope she stops hurting these young girls... This includes not only NewJeans but also groups like ILLIT and LE SSERAFIM."
