"This is Big Planet Made Entertainment.
We are reaching out regarding the omission of initial sales data for our artist Ha Sung Woon’s mini album, ‘Blessed’.
Upon review, we discovered that during the registration process for Ha Sung Woon's mini album, some of the sales were recorded after the initial sales period ended on July 24th, resulting in a portion of the initial sales being omitted from the initial sales count.

Big Planet Made Entertainment deeply regrets that this omission does not reflect the support our fans have provided. We want fans to know that the staff at our album sales vendors have been working wholeheartedly behind the scenes to ensure Ha Sung Woon’s successful comeback.
We will take full responsibility for this situation and will ensure that all affiliated parties will meet fans' expectations without errors in the future. We will also diligently address even the smallest details to prevent such issues.
At the same time, we hope that our oversight in preventing this situation does not lead to a negative perception of other associated vendors.
