QWER producer and popular YouTuber Kim Gye Ran will be taking a break due to a car accident. 

On June 8th, Kim Gye Ran updated his Instagram story saying he would be going on a temporary hiatus due to a recent car accident. 

He wrote, "I fractured my head and shoulder in a car accident while I was on my way to my schedule, and will be going under surgery. I'm not sure how big of a comeback awaits me, but I don't know why my life has been so eventful lately... So anyway I'll be going on a break for an undetermined time for now! Thank you to those who checked in on me :) I'll do my best to get back on track!! Pre-recorded videos will be updated as scheduled. I feel like I'll be working soon because I simply can't stay idle... I'll prove shoulder fracture equals a crazy lower body gain." 

Meanwhile, Kim Gye Ran is a popular YouTuber with 3 million subscribers. Thanks to his channel's success, he appeared in many variety shows and produced a girl group QWER after setting up Tamago Production.
