With her birthday quickly approaching on June 9 KST, Hyeri, under her agency Sublime, has once again demonstrated her compassionate spirit by making a generous donation. Sublime announced that Hyeri has donated 50 million won to the Asan Medical Center in Seoul. The donation, in line with Hyeri's heartfelt wishes, will be directed towards aiding medically vulnerable individuals, especially those from low-income backgrounds. Speaking about the donation, a representative from Sublime stated, "The funds will be allocated for critical purposes to assist those in need."

In response to her act of kindness, Hyeri expressed, "Upon hearing the struggles of individuals forced to forgo medical treatment due to financial constraints, I felt compelled to contribute, hoping to inspire more people to envision a healthier future. While my birthday marks a personal milestone, I find immense joy in being able to share my happiness with others." She further added, "I am grateful and committed to striving to be a Hyeri who reciprocates the love and support I receive."

This isn't the first time Hyeri has extended her philanthropic efforts. In 2019, she donated 100 million won to 'Schools for Asia', an educational initiative benefiting children across Asia, earning her a place in the Honors Club, a distinguished group of UNICEF's top donors. In 2020, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Hyeri continued her charitable endeavors by donating 100 million won to children in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region, severely affected by the outbreak. Her altruism extends beyond borders, providing assistance to children impacted by natural disasters like the Uljin and Samcheok forest fires and the Turkiye earthquake.

Looking ahead, Hyeri is set to grace screens once again with her presence. Fans can anticipate her appearance in the Netflix entertainment show 'Agents of Mystery', slated for release on June 18, and the upcoming film 'Victory', scheduled to hit theaters in August.
