Former FIFTY FIFTY members Saena, Sio, and Aran are set to start up their first trial for their lawsuit with ATTRAKT.
In December of last year, FIFTY FIFTY's label ATTRAKT filed a lawsuit against Saena, Sio, Aran, and their parents for 13 billion won ($9,354,807.80 USD), and the defendants have submitted their responses to the lawsuit. The date of the first trial has now been confirmed for August 29 KST.
On June 19, the Seoul Central District Court also received a file for an injunction to suspend the former members' exclusive contract with ATTRAKT.
In other news, ATTRACK recently announced they recruited 4 new members for FIFTY FIFTY, and the girl group are expected to make a comeback in September.

Those girls torpedoed what could have been a lucrative career. There are a ton of talented girls out there who would have killed for an opportunity like that. I hope the courts focus on the facts. Everyone lost a lot of potential income because of what they did. They should have been promoting and performing but instead, they started a scandal and tried to shaft ATTRAKT. It doesn't matter if the Givers CEO lied to them, they and their parents still made the decision to go along with it. Kpop goes on without them.
