According to Spotify's recent update, the boy group's 2018 single officially exceeded a whopping 800 million plays, the group's sixth song under their profile (including features) to do so after "Dynamite", "Butter", "Boy With Luv (feat. Halsey)", "My Universe", and "Left & Right (feat. Jungkook)".
Released on May 18, 2018 as the title track off of their third full-length album 'Love Yourself: Tear', "Fake Love" reached the 800 million stream count on the platform 6 years later.
