In the video, a fan who was lined up to meet Karina found herself overwhelmed with nerves since it was her first time attending a fan sign event. When it was her turn to meet Karina, her hands began to shake. 

When the fan showed Karina that her hand was shaking, Karina immediately responded with warmth and understanding, reaching out to the fan's hand. Karina looked at the fan with loving eyes, her expression radiating kindness.

Karina was also seen telling the fan, "So cute," and wrote in the fan's aespa album, "You're so cute, seriously" along with her signature.
