1st generation idol Ayumi has given birth to her first child.
On June 15th, Ayumi took to her Instagram to announce that she had welcomed her first child. Ayumi wrote, "I finally met with my beautiful princess. She'd have no idea how much we waited for this day. I don't think I'll ever forget the moment I heard her first cry."
She continued, "Thank you to our baby who came to see us healthy and well. I was worried because it was my first pregnancy and I was older. Let's build a happy life together as a family."
Meanwhile, Ayumi debuted in 2002 with the group Sugar and married businessman Kwon Ki-bum in October 2022. The couple appeared early last year on SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny', where they opened up about their newlywed life.
