Seventeen's Hoshi purchases luxury apartment worth approximately 3.75 million US dollars in Gangnam

Hoshi, a member of the group Seventeen, has purchased an apartment worth around 5 billion KRW (approximately 3.75 million USD). According to the Supreme Court Registry Office on the 27th, Hoshi completed the registration after purchasing a unit in 'Brighton N40' in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul for 5.086 billion KRW in July last year. 

It is presumed that he bought the apartment entirely with cash, as there is no mortgage registered on the property. The apartment, which has a floor area of 149 square meters (approximately 45.07 pyeong), is also owned by broadcaster Yoo Jae Suk and actress Han Hyo-joo. 

Notably, Hoshi is known to be the youngest owner among those who have completed ownership transfers from the Brighton N40 developer.
