Doyoung of NCT (under SM Entertainment) successfully concluded his first solo concert.

Doyoung's first solo concert, '2024 DOYOUNG CONCERT [Dear Youth,]' was held over three days from May 25-27 at the Kyung Hee University Peace Hall in Seoul. 

All three performances were sold out, and the second day's performance was live-streamed via Beyond Live and Weverse, allowing fans from around the world, including the USA, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand, to join in.

The concert title 'Dear Youth' signifies a special time and space for the youth of today to escape reality briefly and enjoy moments with Doyoung. The stage featured seven LED towers representing urban buildings where youth live, with the atmosphere transforming into various settings like forests, space, and rooms through kinetics, visuals, and lighting, creating an almost surreal experience.

The concert venue was filled with fans eagerly awaiting Doyoung's solo concert, with the official NCT color, Pearl Neo Champagne, lighting up the venue like a wave. The audience sang along to every song and especially showcased their skills during interactive stages like 'Time Machine' and 'Star Blossom,' creating a perfect harmony that moved Doyoung.

Fans coordinated dress codes in blue, white, and pastel tones over the three days and organized slogan events with messages like 'We will always be your little lights,' 'We will always be the ocean to your waves,' and 'Our tomorrow will surely be happier.' They also participated in singing events and used blue stickers on their phone flashlights to create a sea-like effect during 'From Little Wave.'

To reciprocate the fans' love, Doyoung premiered a self-composed song 'Dear,' dedicated to his fans with the heartfelt message, 'You are always loved.'

The concert featured a thematic structure with Doyoung’s self-composed song 'Beginning' as both the opening and closing song, reflecting the excitement of starting his first solo concert.

In the finale, Doyoung delivered an emotional message: "This song fills my youth. My song, created from countless moments, is directed to all those who love me and whom I love. I hope this moment with my song resonates in our youth and remains a cherished memory for the bright days ahead. With the belief that we can achieve anything with love for each other, I promise to continue singing with sincerity and supporting you."

After the Seoul concerts, Doyoung will embark on an Asia tour with 14 performances across nine cities, including Yokohama on June 24-25, Osaka on June 26, Nagoya on August 10-11, Hong Kong on August 18, Bangkok on August 24, Manila on September 4, Tokyo on September 7-8, and Jakarta on September 21.
