It was previously reported that trot singer Kim Ho Joong was involved in a hit-and-run case where he had initially lied about being in the car. The singer's manager had initially claimed that he was the one who was driving, and upon investigation, it was found that the memory card for the black box was missing. 

The manager, suspected of evidence tampering, confessed to police that he "swallowed the memory card". The black box memory card from the vehicle, which is considered crucial evidence to prove singer Kim Ho Jung's drunk driving incident, has disappeared.

Police are investigating the circumstances in detail after confirming that not only the memory card from the accident vehicle but also the memory cards from two other vehicles used by Kim before and after the accident have disappeared.

Furthermore, there is also a possibility that Kim was involved in evidence tampering, and this aspect is also being investigated.
