Following ILLIT's "Lucky Girl Syndrome" plagiarism allegations, the HYBE girl group are facing plagiarism accusations over their concept for their debut EP album 'Super Real Me' released this past March. On May 24, a netizen posted the below images along under the title, "ILLIT's fashion plagiarized from shopping mall?"
The post quickly went viral, and many netizens are comparing the white turtleneck and black skirt styling of ILLIT with photos from the shopping mall plzproject, which were released in November of 2022. Netizens commented, "The clothes are identical, and the vibes are similar too," "Is there something about ILLIT that isn't plagiarized," "Cheap copies," "Wow, this is serious," "It's identical. Even the hair," "To add, I think the fashion brand pulled the concept better," and more.
