HYBE has responded to Min Hee Jin’s statement released earlier today.
Below is the full text of HYBE’s statement:
We express regret over the behavior of CEO Min Hee Jin, who distributed a statement emphasizing personal emotions at a time when an important legal hearing is about to be made.
While she mentioned she wanted to keep the artists out of this matter, she chose to highlight her relationship with specific artists, which we deem as highly inappropriate.
So far, CEO Min has been obscuring the crux of the issue with inflammatory language and emotional appeals. She is doing the same this time, except her intentions and misdeeds are being revealed by numerous evidence and facts.
CEO Min's chat logs contain the details of her intentions for contacting and involving various investors.
Clear evidence remains of her attempts to take over management rights, irrational shamanic management, and disparaging remarks about female employees and artists. These inappropriate behaviors are very serious grounds for disqualifying her as a CEO.
We have never manipulated any material such that things would be taken out of context. We informed the court we had obtained relevant data through due process and submitted the original texts. However, CEO Min is lying to the media, saying that it is “illegally-acquired data” and “manipulated data”.
Rather than using the artists as a shield or issuing statements to the media, we hope that CEO Min will respond to the audit and earnestly participate in the investigation and judicial procedures.

''While she mentioned she wanted to keep the artists out of this matter, she chose to highlight her relationship with specific artists, which we deem as highly inappropriate''.
Right from her first press conference until today, her entire strategy/Plan was to use NJ members to the fullest. She systematically admitted to majority of the allegations laid on her with her own manipulative excuses, but some people still don't see it.
