fromis_9's Jiheon to continue hiatus due to health issues

fromis_9's Jiheon is continuing her hiatus due to her health.

Pledis Entertainment previously revealed Jiheon visited the hospital for abdominal pain and was advised by a doctor to take rest. The label then stated she would be taking a break from fromis_9's performance that day.

On May 23, Pledis released a follow-up statement, saying Jiheon will be sitting out on fromis_9's activities for the next 2 days. The statement said, "fromis_9 member Jiheon will not be participating in the events scheduled for May 23 and 24. Jiheon is currently resting and finding stability for her recovery."
