Big Planet Made Entertainment released an official statement regarding San E's recent remarks about recording files on May 15 KST. Despite enduring unjust circumstances, the agency had quietly awaited legal judgment. However, in light of San E's egregious personal attacks and baseless claims, they felt compelled to provide a minimal response and factual clarification.
The agency pointed out that San E had demanded consent for the release of unedited phone call recordings involving himself, BE'O, and MC Mong on May 14 KST. They questioned the relevance of these recordings to uncollected revenue from music produced by junior artists and expressed confusion over the matter.
Furthermore, they revealed that a management executive at FameUs Entertainment, referred to as Mr. A, had surreptitiously recorded and manipulated meeting discussions related to San E's lawsuit over uncollected revenue. Mr. A then allegedly used this manipulated content as a "threatening tool" by distributing it to the media, leading to legal action and a court injunction against him for coercion.
Highlighting the inconsistency in San E's actions, the agency noted his sudden insistence on releasing unedited phone call recordings despite previously distancing himself from Mr. A's coercion tactics. They criticized this behavior as contradictory and detrimental to the protection and encouragement owed to junior artists who should be focusing on their music.
Concluding the statement, Big Planet Made Entertainment asserted their commitment to pursuing all legal measures against San E and emphasized their zero-tolerance stance towards baseless claims and coercion directed at their artists.

However I agree with him on this one point. If edited conversations are being used there should be no objection releasing the uncut unless someone has something to hide.
