Celebrities took steps to verify that they voted in the 22nd National Assembly election, including NewJeans' Minji.

NewJeans member Minji (19) garnered much attention as she exercised her right to vote for the first time in her life. She posted a hand-drawn image of a bear holding the sign "Voting complete" with the phrase "The 22nd National Assembly Election" on top.

Other celebrities, including Kian84 and broadcaster Jang Sung Kyu, also posted photos showing they had cast their votes for this election.

Singer Yoon Jong Shin also shared photos of his visit to the polling station and shared the message, "A precious day." Musical actors Kim So Hyun and her husband Son Jun Ho also shared photos of their voting experience and shared, "Teaching our son the importance of voting."
