Jun Hyun Moo gave viewers an update after his diet.
As seen previously, the cast of 'I Live Alone' gathered for a stunning body profile shoot, gracing the pages of GQ Korea and FILA Underwear. Alongside Park Na Rae and Lee Jang Woo, Jun Hyun Moo shed a remarkable 13kg, now tipping the scales at 71.5kg.
In a recent radio interview, Jun Hyun Moo revealed that he has been consuming seven meals a day since the shoot. Despite not achieving a six-pack, he assured listeners that he's not experienced the dreaded yo-yo effect of gaining back the weight after a heavy loss.
However, netizens expressed concern, voicing their worries about the potential consequences of such a diet regimen. While some offered supportive words, others warned of the risks associated with rapid weight loss and frequent eating habits.
Reactions include:
"Oh no..."
"It will come soon"
"Yo-yo never disappoints me..."
"No T_T"
"That's actually dangerous, 7 meals a day...the effects just haven't come yet...I didn't want to know this fact either..."
"It might not show at first but it comes all of a sudden and then you surpass your original weight..."
"I even tried to maintain it for 2 years but after that I experienced yo-yo..."
"Well, I'm sure he knows how to take care of himself though"
"Omg you need to be careful!"
"This might be bad for your health..."
In other news, Lee Sang Woo also shared his thoughts after his own weight loss journey for the body profile.

This guy's had lots of ups and downs, and always came back reinvented.
Remember he was constantly criticized for being insensitive, he doesn't get that now. He won the Daesang, then left I Live Alone after the break up with HyeJin. He returned years later with new talent as a painter and cook. He was terribly unfit but made it up Hallasan in the middle of winter. And he won another Daesang.
It takes a lot of talent and will to do this; that's impressive!
