According to a report by News1 on April 2nd, the movie adaptation, directed by Lee Jong-pil, is currently in the process of finalizing its cast, with Byun Yo-han being selected for the lead role.
Authored by Park Min-gyu, "Pavane for a Dead Princess" narrates the story of an unattractive woman and the man who loved her, all woven into a coming-of-age narrative for the twenties. The novel has been acclaimed for its solid storytelling and emotive style, earning it the affection of a wide readership.
