According to the Financial Supervisory Service's Electronic Disclosure System, Min Hee Jin owns an 18% stake (573,160 shares) in ADOR, making her the second largest shareholder. She reportedly purchased the shares from HYBE last year for approximately 1.1 billion won (approximately 846,000 US dollars).
ADOR was established in 2021 with a capital contribution of 16.1 billion won (12.38 million US dollars) from HYBE. With this purchase, Min Hee-jin became the second largest shareholder after HYBE.
HYBE holds an 80% stake (2,576,000 shares), while the remaining 2% is held by other executives of ADOR.
Min Hee-jin is known for her work at SM Entertainment, where she oversaw the visual concepts for groups such as Girls' Generation, SHINee, EXO, f(x), and Red Velvet. After leaving SM in 2018, she joined HYBE and was appointed as the CEO of HYBE's label, ADOR, in 2021. Under her leadership, NewJeans made their debut that year and have been on a successful run.
