Former DIA member Somyi is facing a possible prison sentence for allegedly making false sexual assault allegations against her label CEO.
The 24-year-old former idol has been active as a BJ (live streamer) since DIA disbanded, and she's being named in the recent false allegations controversy that made headlines. According to reports, Somyi filed a complaint with police against CEO 'A', alleging he attempted to sexually assault her in January of 2023.
Though the case was dismissed, Somyi moved forward with an appeal, which caused the police to review CCTV footage related to the alleged assault. The footage in question reveals Somyi leaving a room calmly alongside 'A' at the time of the alleged assault. She was also seen entering his office and hugging 'A,' which is much different than her claims that she had barely escaped his sexual assault.
Prosecution is asserting Somyi made up the allegations to pressure 'A' into breaking up with his girlfriend at the time. However, Somyi is denying she made up the allegations, and her lawyer states she was under the influence of alcohol and thus unable to make good decisions.
The court is scheduled to make a verdict on March 21 KST.

false SA allegations should lead to Prison sentences immediately. You literally ruined someone’s life because you didn’t want to get up off your lazy ass and work for your own money. Being under the influence is a complete bullshit lie. You couldn’t have been under the influence for months that the case was going on
