Zico apologizes for creating the 'Dance Challenge' trend

Zico apologized to idols for inadvertently sparking the 'Dance Challenge' trend.
On the February 17th episode of MBC's 'Point of Omniscient Interfere', Zico made a guest appearance and shared his daily life as a producer of KOZ Entertainment and a celebrity.
During the episode, Zico revealed that he has been blamed for creating a new 'dance challenge' trend. The said trend has gained immense popularity on social media platforms following Zico's 'Any Song challenge', and has now become one of the vital promotional activities for any new music release in the K-pop scene.
Zico commented, "Usually, singers rest or practice for their performance during the break. But nowadays, they have to meet up with their colleagues and film 'challenge' videos. They also have to know all the others' choreography. So I apologize now that I'm here."
Any Song challenge was so fun but I’m legit so tired of all these dance challenges now..

Even though these challenges help a little in the promotion but I'm seriously fed up with this trend. It has become a ritual for the groups, an annoying ritual. It was fun at first but now it's just boring and not every song needs a dance challenge.
Also it has gotten harder for idols too as he said they now go teach, learn and do choreos of other groups instead of resting and practicing. That's bad.
