The preliminary audition for the selection of new FIFTY FIFTY members was held in Kallang Place in Singapore.
It generated significant interest, with over 120 individuals applying for the audition. Local media sources noted that participants showcased their talents, including singing, rapping, and dancing, during their one-minute performances.
The successful candidates will be announced on February 9 and will proceed to the final audition round in Thailand in March, where they will compete with candidates from Southeast Asia.
Attract is currently holding auditions in various countries, such as Korea, Japan, and Singapore, as they restructure FIFTY FIFTY around Keena.
An agency representative mentioned, "We plan to finalize the lineup for the group's 2nd generation around April," and added, "Our goal is to release new songs by June."
FIFTY FIFTY debuted in November 2022, gaining recognition for their song "Cupid," which charted on the Billboard and UK singles charts.
However, in June of the following year, their application to suspend the exclusive contract with the agency was rejected. Only Keena proceeded with the lawsuit and returned to the group.
ATTRAKT subsequently filed a contract termination lawsuit and claimed damages of 13 billion KRW against three members: Saena, Sio, and Aran.
