Actor Lee Jin Wook Returns to the Screen with "The Black Nuns"
On February 14th, according to Seoul Economy Star, actor Lee Jin-wook has been confirmed to star in "The Black Nuns" (directed by Kwon Hyuk-jae) as Father Paolo. "The Black Nuns" is the sequel to the 2015 film "The Priests," which attracted over 5 million viewers. The film is directed by Kwon Hyuk-jae, known for his works "The Troubleshooter" and "The Count."
Previously, Song Hye-kyo and Jeon Yeo-been had been reported to be positively considering participation in the film.
Lee Jin-wook made his debut as a model for Panasonic in 2003 and has since built a solid filmography with appearances in dramas such as "Alone in Love," "Air City," "I Need Romance 2," "Nine: Nine Time Travels," "The Three Musketeers," the "Voice" series, "Bulgasal," the Netflix series "Sweet Home," and movies like "Miss Granny," "The Beauty Inside," and "Happy New Year."
