On February 7, a Korean netizen shared a surprising encounter on the popular Korean forum instiz, discussing a restaurant that posted a photo of RIIZE Wonbin through a CCTV footage screenshot, leaving them taken aback.
According to OP, the CCTV footage capturing Wonbin and the people he was eating at the restaurant with was uploaded onto the restaurant's Instagram story with the following caption "If Wonbin or the people he was with feel uncomfortable about this, or we are being impolite about this, we will delete it immediately!"
OP's post noted that this was a restaurant Wonbin probably visited while he was back home and thought it was crazy for the restaurant to have uploaded a CCTV footage of him, "Gosh, if they were quiet about it and uploaded a signature by him, it would've been a good advertisement for them and the fans would've liked it. They are really out of their mind for uploading a CCTV footage."
In response to this, many Korean netizens found this act outrageous and extremely rude towards Wonbin and the person he was with: "CCTV...? They have crossed the line..." "Wow this is a little..." "So the photo that was going around Twitter was a CCTV footage... Seems like it has already been spread." "That caption also leaves me speechless."
However, it was also said that this story was up for not too long before it was deleted, "I was seeing this real time. After they uploaded this, it was deleted soon after," to which, netizens also expressed their relief.
