In a recent development, a fan who had a video call with ZEROBASEONE's Kim Ji Woong has come forward and pointed out inconsistencies in Wake One Entertainment's statements.

On February 17th, the agency released an official statement to refute the accusations that the ZEROBASEONE member used profanity after wrapping up a fan call. According to the agency, a forensic analysis of the recorded video showed that the individual who spoke the profane word "ssibal" was not Kim Ji Woong, although it was difficult to determine who had spoken the word due to limitations in the analysis. The member himself also personally addressed the controversy. 

However, later on this day, the fan who initially exposed the member, once again refuted the latest statement and pointed out inconsistencies in the earlier and later statements of Wake One Entertainment. 

She wrote, "Stop twisting words with an analysis that lacks content. Everyone is reading it differently because it lacks content but I assume this is what you wanted. So that you can overlook the truth. 

In a previous article, you said you've confirmed with the staff at the venue and Kim Ji Woong himself. But this time, the article says the staff doesn't remember what he said. You don't know who I am or what I said, so what did you actually confirm? Of course, Kim Ji Woong and the staff wouldn't remember the conversation we had. Because I'm just a regular fan, not a sasaeng. If I said something out of pocket, the staff would have stopped me and then I would have made an impression.

Your statement feels very condescending, let alone that you released an article denying the allegation without any concrete evidence. You can clearly hear the swearing, so what were you thinking...?

Today, I saw how the article contends that there is a possibility of a third party's voice being inserted. How does this logically lead to that voice not being Kim Ji Woong's? It's not even concluded that the voice was certainly not his. 

I don't have that much idle time nor have a grudge against him, to manipulate the recording. At the time, there was only my friend who was helping me record it besides me. Do you think me, who was laughing, or my friend, who was filming quietly said that? Or do you think the other members said that when your staff didn't? Do you think the public or me is stupid?

And why did he make a post now? What did Kim Ji Woong really endure, when he was hiding behind the label...He didn't say a word apologizing or dispelling himself. Lots of pretty words were used without saying anything. 

I'm sure you can clearly hear "ssibal" after replaying the video over a few hundred times. 

Let's say he really didn't say that himself. But if a fan, who paid hundreds and millions, felt that way, wouldn't you personally approach me and resolve the alleged misunderstanding? You shouldn't frame a fan as an anti. If it was really just a simple misunderstanding, it would have stayed between me and you and that would have been the end of the issue. 

From the moment I heard "ssibal", I spent painful days. At first, you framed me as sasaeng, and now you're saying it's fake. The real ones who are manipulating are Wake One, Kim Ji Woong, and Kim Ji Woong's fans, not me. 

I lost the last bit of my affection and I'm really upset. Frame me as much as you want, but do you think that's helping to foster a healthy and mature K-pop scene? Please think again.

I can't trust to reveal my private information to the public when people are already dragging me to oblivion now. If you are really in the clear, reveal the CCTV footage that you said you have. Because how Kim Ji Woong really behaved on that day would have been captured in that footage."
