(G)I-DLE smashes own first-day sales record with '2'

On January 29 KST, (G)I-DLE made a comeback with their 2nd full-length album '2' along with the release of the music video for the title track "Super Lady."

According to the data released by the Hanteo chart, the girl group's most recent album recorded 862,992 copies sold on the first day of its release.

With this, (G)I-DLE officially broke their own record in first-day sales on Hanteo. The record was previously held by their 6th mini-album 'I feel,' which had around 680,000 units sold on the first day of its release.
