Actor Kang Kyung Joon has been sued for allegedly knowingly having an affair with a married woman.

According to reports, the actor received a lawsuit on December 26 in the amount of 50 million Won ($38,114.26 USD) by the married woman's husband 'A'. 'A' stated, "Kang Kyung Joon interfered in our marriage and destroyed it."

In the lawsuit, 'A' alleged Kang Kyung Joon and his own wife worked as coworkers in the same building when they had an affair. 'A' stated, "Kang Kyung Joon had an affair with my wife knowing she was a married woman. I have evidence that proves this." 

Kang Kyung Joon's label has confirmed he has received the lawsuit, and the actor himself stated, "I don't know why this happened. I haven't seen the lawsuit yet exactly, but I think there's a misunderstanding." When asked if he had an affair with 'A's wife, Kang Kyung Joon reportedly told media outlets, "I don't know why I need to tell you that."
